Control methods for the management of household pests are undergoing

IPM
uses the principal of working with the customer to reduce conditions

inspection and the use of "sticky traps" placed by the Pest Control
operator. When combined with the use of the new family of safer and
odor free pesticide formulations, insect bait stations and insect
growth regulators this strategy proves very effective.
The
use of botanical and mineral sourced insecticides has become popular
among many who choose to avoid the use of traditional pest control
products. If the pest problem is moderate, botanicals can be
effective though it may become necessary to increase the frequency
of treatments. We at A&A are familiar with these products and can
provide this alternate treatment option if you desire.
Many customers choose to have the outside perimeter of their homes
treated with conventional products while having their homes interior
protected with botanicals, IGRs and baits.
The
frequency of treatments required to maintain a pest free home can
vary with the pests encountered, and the degree to which an
infestation has developed. Generally quarterly service is sufficient
once control has been achieved. Customers who have their homes under
our Advance Termite Bait protection are eligible for a discount on
pest control service when both are done on the same quarterly visit.
